Do you provide post-processing services?

Yes, we remove printing support materials, clean the surface, and can also assemble separate parts of a printed item using screws or similar methods if needed.

How can I place an order for 3D printing?

It’s very easy. Just fill out the form on our Contact Us page with a brief description of your needs, attach a photo, blueprint, or model file, and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.

Can you create a model from Thingiverse (or another public website)?

Yes, but you must make sure you have the legal right to reproduce it, as we only print what you provide. You are responsible for any copyright issues and fees for downloading the model.

Do your 3D prints have layer lines?

In general, yes. Modern 3D fdm materials show the layer lines less obviously. Surface finishing, such as gloss and texture, reduces visibility, and finer resolution printing also help improve the result. Carbon Fibre materials hide the layer lines very well.

Do you offer printing in multiple colors?

We’ve found not much customer demand for multi-colour prints, and so curtailed this service. Yes, we can print up to two different colors on the same model. It comes at no extra cost apart from a little more material usage.

What is the largest item you can print?

Our largest printer has a build volume of 350 mm x 350mm x 350 mm. We can access the diagonals of that cube (up to 600 mm) if necessary and if the shape of the model will allow it.
